Product Warranty & Return Procedures  

Each component of Supra X Connector Products is produced under a strict attitude and professional management. We guarantee the extension of product quality. All products in the product line are guaranteed within one year after receiving the goods.  

During this period, if there is metal oxidation/plastic discoloration and cracking/wrong packaging before the product is used, please email the product and the serial number photo of the sticker on the back of the product within the validity period.

After the company's quality management and after-sales service units have been determined, the company will arrange a one-time (including shipping) replacement of defective products.

After the metal connector is heated by solder, the company does not accept any reason for replacement and complaints.

The company specifies the specifications and suppliers of solder wire... Environmental protection silver tin wire contains more than 3% from Japan SENJU or the same composition.

Complaints that are not confirmed by the two parties in advance and returns that have been arranged by themselves (the company does not accept returns with freight collection), the company will not process and will not refund.

Once the product is unpacked, the company only accepts complaints about a single part (shortage or defect).

The company confirms the packaging before shipment and records the whole process of packaging. If there is indeed a discrepancy between the incoming goods and the ordered items, please take a photo directly and confirm with the company as soon as possible. The company will properly arrange and deal with it as soon as possible.

If there is a complaint that has not been fully communicated by the company, it will be discussed in the community without authorization, the company will refuse to process/refund, and the company will carry out necessary rights protection.

產品保證及退換貨處理程序

Supra X Connector Products 每一項部件產品均在嚴謹的態度及專業管理下生產，我們保證產品質量的延伸，全線產品均享有顧客自收到貨品後前一年內的品質保證。

在此期間內如有產品未使用前即金屬氧化/塑膠變色龜裂者，請於有效期間內將產品照片直接電郵提供。

經品質管理及售後服務單位判定後，公司將安排不良品一次(只含運費)的換新

＊金屬連接器經過焊錫加熱後，公司不接受任何理由要求更換及投訴。

公司指定焊錫絲規格及供應商... 環境保護含銀錫絲 3% 以上來自日本 SENJU 或相同成份。

非經事先雙方連絡溝通確認的不良品投訴，對於自行安排運費到付的退貨(公司不接受運費到付的退貨)，本公司不予處理亦不會退款。

產品一經拆開包裝，公司只接受單一零件的投訴(短缺/瑕疵)。

公司包裝出貨前均進行確認及包裝時全程錄影，如確實有來貨與訂單品項不符者亦請直接拍照並速與本公司取得確認，公司將妥善安排處理。

如有未經公司完整溝通的投訴擅自在社群公開討論者，公司拒絕處理/退款並將進行必要的維權。
