Unless otherwise stated, the product prices displayed on the RCPROPLUS online shop are exclusive to the shipping fees, commodity tax, import duty, VAT, or government fees incurred, for the order on the required date RCPROPLUS online Shop.
If you fail to pay for it on time, RCPROPLUS Online Shop will retain the right to make necessary recovery regardless of whether the product or service has been delivered to you. The amount that you should pay for the order is based on the prices stated in the shipping advice issued by RCPROPLUS Online Shop.

SHIPPING
RCPROPLUS Online Shop ship products from Monday through Friday and do not ship on the public holidays. RCPROPLUS Online Shop will act in good faith and try to ship on time to the extent that this is commercially reasonable.
RCPROPLUS will do its best to execute the order, but will not guarantee timely delivery. RCPROPLUS has 4 warehouses (Taiwan/Hong Kong/Guangdong/Shanghai), which will be randomly divided according to the inventory status and will be shipped by DHL/FedEx/UPS/EMS uniformly arranged by the freight forwarder (considering the delivery efficiency, the designated delivery is temporarily not accepted.
Under normal circumstances, shipments can be arranged within 3 to 5 working days, but the arrangement of international express delivery through freight forwarders cannot be predicted and mastered by our company.
RCPROPLUS agrees to use the commercially reasonable best efforts to ship your order by the instructions and information specified on the shipping device within a reasonable time frame. Due to the uncertain factors such as the weather, traffic condition, remote location, and the efficiency of the local Post Office in the receiving country, it is possible that the shipping will be delayed.
RCPROPLUS Online Shop will not be held liable for any legal issues incurred between you and the third-party payment. You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RCPROPLUS, its directors, officers, employees, agents,
partners, suppliers, and licensors and will keep them indemnified from any
third party claim or demand, including reasonable litigation expenses and the attorneys’ fees.
When you complete the purchase process, the shipping fees depending on your selected shipping method will be added to the total amount of your order. You are liable to bear any costs incurred during the shipping process including but not limited to the shipping fees, commodity tax, import duty, VAT or government fees incurred, and the administrative expenses such as the RCPROPLUS employees’ wages, etc.
If you decide to change the delivery address or the shipping methods, you are liable for the additional costs that may incur. If you use omnichannel retailing, you cannot change the collection point to pick up your parcel.
If you refuse to sign for the parcel when delivered or refuse to pick up the parcel from the collection point intentionally and with no legitimate reason, the risk, loss, and costs incurred associated with the delayed shipment will be conferred to you and you will be liable for the bearing the risk, loss, and costs.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The application of the Return Policy will vary depending on the circumstance of how the product is shipped. In the event of any dispute, you agree to act in good faith to attempt in the first instance to resolve such a dispute through friendly and good faith consultations. If the said dispute has not been resolved through friendly and good faith consultations, you or RCPROPLUS shall file for mediation with FengYuan District Court. If an agreement for the mediation has not been reached, you or RCPROPLUS shall file a claim to seek the remedy with the applicable law.
You agree and you hereby consent that any action at law arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in Fengyuan District Court located in Taichung, Taiwan, the Republic of China to litigate any such action.
